Forest Machines Instructor

Required experience in the same position and operating forest machines in a wood yard, technical course related to the area, basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance, desirable valid driver’s license (CNH) AD.

Responsible for providing operational training to employees operating harvesters, cranes, and forwarders, as well as operating forest machines and activating commands, aiming for better operational performance of activities.

Operational Training Supervisor

Required complete higher education, experience with forest harvesting and transportation operations, experience as a Training Supervisor, Trainer, Facilitator, or similar role, knowledge in learning management systems.

Responsible for technically developing the team of instructors with the best techniques to achieve the performance goals of operational teams, ensuring that all employees follow and practice good health and safety procedures.

Maintenance Engineer

Required complete degree in Mechanical Engineering, advanced English, experience in pulp factory processes, analyze technical proposals, assist in the preparation and control of maintenance investment and expense plans, assist in the specification and justification of replacement parts and inventory inclusions.

According to the recruitment manager of Bracell, Marcela Fagundes Pereira, the company has made significant investments to expand its operations in Brazil in recent years. She adds that the company expects to generate over 2,000 jobs by January 2024.

New Hires Will Have Access to Dozens of Benefits
