The Priority Will Be for the States of Bahia, Rio Grande do Norte, and Paraná That Will Expand Their Renewable Energy Matrix With More 6 Projects
Brazil has allowed six renewable energy installations with a combined capacity of 141.9 MW to enter the National Infrastructure Development Incentive Regime (REIDI) and issue infrastructure debentures.
With the authorizations, the total cost of the projects is estimated to be around R $ 688.2 million (US $ 188.7 million / EUR 164.5 million). The schemes also have priority project status necessary to accelerate their implementation.

REIDI, launched in 2007, grants tax incentives to companies that invest in infrastructure projects in the sectors of transport, energy, sanitation, and irrigation.
