Get to Know Drogamax
This year, the Drogamax Group celebrates five decades of resilience. Its first unit, opened by entrepreneur Adel Yassin in Araçatuba, was named and continues to be called Drogamar. Forty years later, in 2014, after a structured and careful family succession, Eder Yassin took over the management of the company and continued his father’s entrepreneurial spirit by creating the second unit, now named Drogamax.
The most recent store in the pharmaceutical segment has brought a new concept to the industry, characterized by the enormous variety of brands and products offered to consumers at competitive prices. Currently, there are five units, with the second unit inaugurated in 2017. At the end of 2019, Unit 3 was opened, and the fourth began operations in 2021.
The brand is the absolute market leader with about 62% market share in Alta Noroeste Paulista. The partnership between the group’s pharmacies and large laboratories is part of a quality-based management focused on customer well-being.
