Estimated time frame is one year
According to the schedule presented by the state government, the forecast is that the work will be completed in about 12 months.
However, the deadline may be adjusted if there are climatic factors or technical needs during the execution of the work.
Even so, the authorities expect to deliver the structure within the initially planned period.
Region expects economic strengthening
The new airport is seen as an important tool for regional development.
Furthermore, local leaders believe that the improvement of infrastructure could facilitate the movement of entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals working in Western Santa Catarina.
Consequently, the work could also contribute to attracting new businesses and investment opportunities.
Mobility is expected to gain reinforcement

In this way, the administration seeks to strengthen the state’s economic competitiveness and improve integration between different regions.

Work is expected to boost local development
With a million-dollar investment and an estimated completion time of one year, the new Pinhalzinho airport represents one of the main infrastructure works planned for the municipality.
Furthermore, the expectation is that the structure will contribute to regional economic growth, facilitate travel, and expand business opportunities in Western Santa Catarina.
