Light where there were once no windows
Today, the bunker presents itself as a bright, well-ventilated home. Natural light has found its way in through skylights and folding glass doors, a striking change for a place that was once completely closed off, without windows and focused on protection.
Integrated spaces and neutral tones
Behind the discreet facade, the bunker reveals spacious areas and a design focused on comfort.
The two bedrooms follow a base of neutral tones, with pops of color in furniture and objects, and both connect to small balconies.
The integrated kitchen is one of the highlights of the house. It features a modern island and current appliances, reinforcing the contemporary proposal.
On the lower floor, a paved patio creates another space for conversation, relaxation, or quieter moments outdoors.
Design values the past and tranquility
The description from the real estate agency Fine & Country states that the area has been carefully transformed into a low-density neighborhood with a focus on design, well preserving the past of the place while embracing contemporary life.
The same description highlights open green areas, mature vegetation, and the original architectural identity as elements that bring tranquility and character.
For the real estate agency, this feeling in the bunker was intentionally designed, and not artificial to this day.
