The CBMM 2022 Internship Program, according to Rafael Cardoso Alves, Product Engineering Coordinator, reported that occupying one of the internship positions was a major turning point in his life, where he developed the skills necessary to perform his profession in the best possible way.
Rafael joined the company as an intern in 2011 while still studying production engineering. He also reports that he found a pleasant and rich environment for learning and developing skills, improving both his personal and professional sides. He concludes his statement by inviting all students from the regions of MG and SP to participate in the CBMM internship program.
