Cielo Has Hundreds of Openings in Courses Aimed at Training New IT Professionals. 60 Participants from the Cielo Bootcamp Will Be Hired at the End of the Program.
Cielo, a major payment methods company in the country and Latin America, has partnered with Ada, a technology training company, to promote the Cielo Dev Bootcamp, an exclusive program for IT professionals.
The company’s initiative aims to develop 125 professionals in the Web Full Stack, Back-End, and Front-End sectors, with the possibility of hiring up to 60 students after the bootcamp concludes.

The bootcamp for the Back-End will have a duration of 60 hours and will cover topics such as Web Programming II, Application Security Fundamentals, Software Architecture and Agile II, Cloud Services (AWS), among others.

The Front-End, lasting 60 hours, aims to cover Front End Framework II (Angular or React), Software Architecture and Agile II, Web Programming III, and Automated Testing I, and finally, the Web Full Stack, also lasting 60 hours, will cover topics such as Web Programming II, Cloud Services (AWS), Front End Framework II (Angular or React), and CI and CD Pipelines.
Those interested in the Cielo bootcamp must meet the prerequisites established by the company, which include: programming experience equivalent to mid-level or senior and availability for hybrid work in Alphaville (SP).
The Cielo selection process, in partnership with Ada, will have 3 distinct and eliminatory phases, which are the Tech Aptitude Test, Bootcamp, and Individual Interviews and Case Resolution.

Registrations will be open until August 22. Those who meet the requirements must apply through the Ada Tech website. The Cielo Dev Bootcamp, which takes place from September 25 to October 6, is an opportunity for IT professionals to develop their technical skills in practice, in an innovative environment guided by renowned market specialists.
In addition, with the aim of encouraging more diverse spaces, 30% of the initiative’s openings will be reserved for self-declared black or brown individuals, and 30% for women.

Details of the Cielo Bootcamp Selection Process
The Aptitude Test, which must be completed online, will consist of 30 multiple-choice questions with only 1 correct answer. This test is for individual use. Any participant who shares it or takes it as a group will be immediately disqualified from the process.
The Case Resolution consists of group dynamics to analyze cognitive soft skills, fit with the company’s culture, and interpersonal skills, at which point the partner company can observe the mentioned dynamics. Those who score best in the Second Phase, according to the criteria of logical reasoning, communication ability, and teamwork, will advance to the next phase.
Finally, the third phase consists of the Bootcamp and Individual Interviews, participants selected for the Bootcamp will be notified by 09/14/2023.
Eligible participants who do not make contact by the 17th, or who express disinterest in the Bootcamp, will forfeit their spot to the next approved participants. It is important to emphasize that candidates will not receive technical support during the stages as resolving the proposed challenges is part of the Selection Process.
