Main Responsibilities

The Selected Professional Will Be Responsible For Various Crucial Activities In The Billing Sector, Including:

  • Sales Order And Cuts Consultation And Provision: Ensure That All Orders Are Processed Correctly And On Time.
  • Processing Stock Reductions: Ensure That Stock Exits Are Recorded Accurately.
  • Generation And Validation Of Tax Documents: Issue Invoices, Electronic Transportation Knowledge (CTe), Manifestations Of Electronic Tax Documents (MDFe), And Other Necessary Documents, In Addition To Validating These Documents With The Tax Authority (SEFAZ).
  • Printing And Organizing Route Documents: Prepare And Make All Necessary Documentation Available For Distribution Teams.
  • Financial Settlement Of Transportation In The SAP System: Conduct A Review Of Values Returned From Routes And Make The Corresponding Financial Settlement.
  • Issuance Of Charges And Digitization Of Receipts: Generate Charges For Drivers With Financial Pending Issues And Digitize Delivery Receipts.
  • Preparation Of The Daily Collection Map: Compile And Analyze Daily Financial Data For Internal Reporting.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma Is Required, With Ongoing Higher Education Being Desirable.
