The awaited notice for the first federal competition for the Pre-Salt should be published soon, with a frequency of up to R$ 19,9 thousand
Expectations are high for the notices of the first federal competition of Pre-Salt Oil, which may be released in the coming days.
The selection already has a contract signed with the responsible bank, Institute for Development and Training (IDCAP) at October 31.
This public competition will have 880 vacancies, being 100 for immediate filling and 780 to form a reserve list, according to the jcconcursos website.

Positions and salaries
The available positions are for professionals with higher level, offering attractive initial salaries, which can reach up to R$19.610. Check out the main positions and their respective salaries:
- Lawyer : R$ 19.942
- Corporate Management Analyst: R$ 8.240
- Information Technology Analyst: R$ 9.350
- Oil and Gas Specialist: R$ 19.610
In addition, the competition will have reserved places, being 5% to disabled people e 20% to black candidates.

- Lawyer and Specialist: R$ 150
Details about the tests
As evidence of competition Pre-salt are scheduled to be carried out in the first half of 2025 in several cities, including São Paulo , Rio de Janeiro e Salvador.
The right one will have different steps, including:
- objective evidence for all positions
- Dissertation tests only for lawyer and oil specialist
- The objective test will consist of 60 questions, prepared as follows:
- Portuguese language: 10 questions
- English language: 10 questions
- Specific knowledge: 40 questions
For the positions of Lawyer e Oil and Gas Specialist, Speaking Test will include 2 questions, one in Portuguese and one in English, both related to specific job knowledge. Each question will be worth 50 points, totalizing 100 points.
Previous and historical evidence
Although this is the first federal competition for Pré-Sal Petróleo, a previous selection process took place in 2017, offering 240 temporary vacancies.
In that selection, were made available 15 vacancies for immediate filling and 225 for reserve registration, all intended for the position of assistant with higher education requirement.
