The Federal Government Opened, On Friday (19), Registrations for the National Unified Competition, Nicknamed the “ENEM of Competitions” Due to Thousands of Vacancies: There Are 6,640 Opportunities for Various Autarchies and Ministries. Registrations Can Be Made Until February 09.
According to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, the initiative to unify competitions aims to centralize the recruitment and selection of federal public servants for the vacancies authorized in different government agencies and public entities.
In a statement published on the ministry’s website, the Secretary of Personnel Management, José Celso Cardoso Jr, stated that the project is innovative and bold. “With this, we create a fairness criterion for access to public vacancies like never before in Brazil’s history,” he added.
In total, the examination, which has opportunities for people with medium, technical, and higher education levels and has salaries of up to R$ 22,9 thousand, has been divided into eight notices, where the candidate may compete for more than one position, provided they are part of the same group.

As mentioned, the registration period is from January 19 to February 09, 2024, with exams organized by Fundação Cesgranrio taking place on May 05. To participate in the examination, a fee ranging from R$ 60.00 to R$ 90.00 must be paid, depending on the chosen education level – those interested in obtaining a fee waiver can request it between January 19 and 26.

The Exam Stages
According to information gathered by the team from Click Petroleum and Gas through the website of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, candidate evaluation will occur in three stages. The first stage of the competition will be divided into the following phases:
- 1st phase: objective and essay tests, of a qualifying and eliminatory nature;
- 2nd phase: medical examination (biopsychosocial assessment) of candidates who declare themselves as having a disability, of a solely eliminatory nature;
- 3rd phase: verification procedure for the declared condition to compete for the vacancies reserved for black candidates, of a solely eliminatory nature;
- 4th phase: confirmation procedure for the declared condition to compete for the vacancies reserved for indigenous candidates (only FUNAI), of a solely eliminatory nature.
The second stage will be allocated for title evaluation, of a qualifying nature, while the third and final stage will be for specific training courses, of a qualifying and eliminatory nature. Finally, as mentioned earlier, it is important to emphasize that anyone interested in registering for the competition must access their account on the platform Gov.br.
