Last Tuesday, (12/12), the contract was formalized between the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) and Cebraspe to carry out the long-awaited public tender. The signing of the contract paves the way for the expectation of launching the notice in the coming days, with the possibility of bringing it forward in relation to the deadline initially indicated by Anvisa for January. So far, the expectation is that 50 vacancies will be opened for specialists in health regulation and surveillance.
Public competition offers 50 places for higher education
The competition aims to fill 50 vacancies for the position of specialist in health regulation and surveillance, covering various specialties, such as Engineering, Health, Information Technology (IT) and Pharmacy.
The minimum requirement to participate in the Anvisa 2024 competition is to have a higher education degree in one of the areas mentioned.

What is the salary of those who work at Anvisa?
The initial remuneration for those approved is estimated at R$16.413,35, according to information from the Federal Government.
Over the course of a career, remuneration can reach up to R$22.
In addition to the salary, the professional will also be entitled to a food allowance worth R$658.
What is the Anvisa competition exam like?
The selection process for the Anvisa competition will have two stages and four phases, all under the responsibility of Cebraspe.
The 1st stage will comprise objective and discursive tests, both of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, in addition to the evaluation of titles, of a classificatory nature.
The 2nd stage will be the Training Course, also of an eliminatory and classificatory nature.
The objective and discursive tests will be carried out on the same day and shift.
Regarding the objective tests, these will consist of 120 questions where candidates must answer each item right or wrong.
The questions will be divided as follows: 70 of Specific Knowledge of the specialty and 50 of Basic Knowledge, for all positions offered.
