Company received recognition in Brasília after evaluation of its practices in integrity, governance, risks, and compliance

Constellation received the Pro-Ethics Company Seal 2025–2026, granted after an evaluation conducted by the Office of the Comptroller General, the CGU.

Additionally, the company was the only company in the offshore oil well drilling sector recognized in this edition.

The ceremony took place on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in Brasília. Thus, the recognition highlighted the organization’s ongoing commitment to ethics, transparency, and corporate integrity.

Pro-Ethics Seal recognizes integrity practices

According to the Office of the Comptroller General, the initiative values companies committed to high standards of:

  • integrity and ethics;
  • corporate transparency;
  • socio-environmental responsibility;
  • respect for human rights;
  • effective compliance programs.

In this sense, Pro-Ethics represents one of the main Brazilian public initiatives to promote integrity in the private sector.

At the same time, the recognition is considered an international reference in the area. Therefore, companies that adopt robust and effective compliance programs are valued.

Compliance program was built over the years

According to Constellation, the result is linked to the initiatives developed during the construction of its Compliance Program.

Mainly, the process involved the participation of leadership. Additionally, it received integration and support from the Board of Directors and the Board of Administration.

For Anne Jardim, superintendent of Audit, Risks, and Compliance at Constellation, the seal represents a collective achievement.

According to the executive, a culture of ethics, integrity, and good governance requires permanent commitment. Likewise, it depends on the support of top leadership and the continuous evolution of processes.

“This recognition reflects a consistent journey of strengthening governance,” stated Anne Jardim.

Still according to the superintendent, governance constitutes one of the pillars of the company’s sustainability and responsible growth.

Governance is part of Constellation’s 2030 Agenda

Previously, Constellation had made a public commitment related to obtaining recognition or certification.

In this context, this objective was included in the company’s 2030 Sustainability Agenda.

Subsequently, the company also unified its Governance, Risk, and Compliance structure, known as GRC.

Additionally, a specific area for Corporate Risk Management was created. In this way, the company sought to enhance synergies and strengthen its governance.

Recognition reinforces collective construction

Sancler Cardozo, Compliance Coordinator at Constellation, followed the construction of the corporate program.

According to him, the recognition evokes a strong sense of belonging and highlights the collective work developed by the organization.

At the same time, the achievement reinforces the company’s strategic and sustainable governance.

“Now it’s about thinking how to evolve what we’ve done so far,” declared Sancler Cardozo.

Thus, after the recognition regarding the 2025–2026 cycle, Constellation intends to continue improving its internal processes of governance, risk, and compliance.
