According to the team responsible for the project, the construction will create around 4,000 job openings, with 2,500 of these opportunities being directly linked to the mall’s shops and services.

Situated on an area of 90,000 square meters, the new mall will occupy a privileged position around the avenues Senador Pinheiro Machado and Francisco Manoel, as well as the streets Cincinato Braga, Joaquim Távora, and Teodoro Sampaio.

But Litoral Plaza Santos goes beyond a simple shopping center. The project includes the construction of three residential buildings and two commercial towers, which, together, will offer 556 apartments.
These buildings will be spaced 150 meters apart from each other, allowing excellent air circulation and ensuring residents’ privacy.
As reported by Diário do Litoral, the development presents itself as a modern and sustainable housing solution, while also promising to transform the skyline of Santos.
