The Opportunities Include Industrial Mechanics, Environmental Technologists, and Boiler Operators for Professionals Willing to Travel and Reside in Cafelândia.

Copacol is one of the major food industries in the country today, its main production line focuses on inputs and cuts of poultry, swine, cattle, dairy, fish, soy, corn, wheat, coffee, rice, and beans. It has just completed 55 years of operation and frequently requires specialized labor in various areas. In this case, the positions are for Industrial Mechanics, Environmental Technologists, and Boiler Operators. Here are the requirements and how to apply:

Industrial Mechanic

Support the mechanical maintenance activities, lubrication, corrective and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, in order to ensure the continuity of production and prolong the useful life of these.

  • Complete elementary education (8th grade)
  • Desirable to be pursuing a technical course in electromechanics at SENAI
  • Internal candidates: 6 months with the company
  • Willingness to reside in Cafelândia
  • Availability of hours.

Environmental Technologist

Technical support to the area supervisor, in all water and effluent treatment stations of Copacol (Cafelândia, Nova Aurora, Goioerê, Formosa, Central Santa Cruz, and Carajá);
Review and implementation of operational standards and process improvements.

  • Complete higher education: Technologist in Chemical or Environmental Processes
  • Proven experience in the role, minimum 2 years
  • Desirable experience with physical-chemical laboratory analysis
  • Willingness to reside in Cafelândia
  • Driver’s license category B

Boiler Operator

Operate and control the functioning of the boilers and the quality of the water used, working according to safety standards and procedures, in order to provide steam for the industry. Ensure the maintenance of pipelines, valves, taps, instruments, and accessories.Complete Elementary Education;

      • Availability of hours;
      • Willingness to work in Cafelândia and Copacol Units;
      • Desirable course in Boiler Operation;
      • Driver’s license category B
