- Psychological evaluation, with an eliminatory nature;
- Documentation assessment, with an eliminatory nature;
- Officer Training Course (UEMA/PMMA) and Social and Functional Investigation, with both eliminatory and qualifying nature.
Each of these stages was designed to ensure that candidates have the appropriate profile to perform the functions required by firefighters, which include rescue and protection activities.
