The residence was next to the supermodel’s main house and occupied a plot with direct access to the water, a common feature in high-end properties located in this part of Florida.

With about 645 m², the removed mansion featured a pool, private spa, garden surrounded by palm trees, six bathrooms, and a pier facing Biscayne Bay.
The area is expected to be incorporated into the model’s residential complex, which expands the available space within the plot and increases the property’s extension for leisure, circulation, and privacy.
Expansion of Gisele Bündchen’s mansion in Surfside
The purchase of the neighboring property was reported by American media as part of a movement to expand Gisele’s address in Surfside, a municipality that gathers high-end houses, reserved streets, and valued plots on the coast.
Located north of Miami Beach, the region concentrates luxury residences and properties with water access, in addition to being close to well-known high-end real estate areas in South Florida.
In Gisele’s case, the expansion occurs at an address associated with her routine in Florida since the end of her marriage to Tom Brady, finalized in October 2022.
The model had already bought a mansion in Surfside in 2022, for US$ 11.5 million, shortly after the divorce, and underwent a renovation before establishing the place as one of the family’s residences.
The main house has a view of the water, a pool, and a pier, and is also close to Indian Creek, a residential island where Brady also maintains a property.
According to the American press, the reduced distance between the addresses was pointed out as an element that facilitates the coexistence of Benjamin and Vivian with both parents after the separation.

Gisele is experiencing a different family phase than when she bought her first big house in Surfside, as her routine now includes a new marriage and the birth of her third child.

Tom Brady, ex-husband of Gisele and former American football player with seven Super Bowl titles, also has a mansion in the Indian Creek area.
The proximity between the properties gained attention because Benjamin and Vivian move between their parents’ houses, who announced their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
Even with separate routines, the configuration of the addresses keeps both family units in areas close to Biscayne Bay, which reduces travel compared to more distant residences.
