Salaries, Training Course, and Military Career

The approved candidates will enter as Officer Trainees, a stage in which they undergo the Officer Training Course — a phase that already ensures salary payment and exclusive training. Upon completion of the course, the military will be promoted, taking on strategic command and leadership roles.

Completed high school
Age between 18 and 28 years on the first day of registration
Minimum height: 1.65m for men and 1.60m for women
Driver’s license category B
Absence of tattoos that are inconsistent with institutional values or standards

The announcement also emphasizes that visible tattoos contrary to military values may be grounds for elimination, according to the evaluation stipulated in the competition.

Stages of the Selection Process

The competition will include several qualifying and eliminatory phases, including:

The objective test will have 80 questions, worth 80 points, while the essay will have a weight of 40 points. To proceed in the process, the candidate must achieve at least 50% correct answers in each theoretical stage.
