The State University of Ceará (UECE) announced the Digital Teaching Notice 04/2024 – MOOC, which open registration for the Free Digital Education Program. This program, developed in partnership with Dell Computers of Brazil, offers 500 places in free online courses (EAD) aimed at continuing education, professional training and development of technological skills.
The courses are primarily aimed at education professionals, such as teachers from public and private schools, and are available to broad competition if there are vacancies.
Course Objective and Educational Intelligence Load
The free online courses (EAD) aim to promote learning in technological areas and modern educational practices, with content ranging from practical computing to artificial intelligence applied to education. Held entirely online, through the Dell Accessible Learning (DAL) platform, the courses offer flexible schedules and specialized support, including accessibility features such as sign language interpreters, audio description and high contrast.

Course loads vary from 10 to 100 hours, depending on the course chosen, allowing participants to adapt their learning to their routines.
Available vacancies and locations
The program offers 500 places distributed among different free and online courses, with priority given to education professionals and, in the case of remaining places, open to general competition. Classes are held entirely online, with access to an interactive platform that supports various devices and offers technical and pedagogical support.
Selection process
The selection will be made in order of registration. During the process, the candidate must complete a socioeconomic questionnaire, which is essential for reserving places and certification. There are no tests or draws, ensuring that the places are filled in a simple and direct manner.
Application requirements
To participate, you must have access to 10 Mbps broadband internet, a computer with an Intel I3 processor or higher, a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and a webcam for some activities. It is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser to access all the platform's features.
