The Online And Free Courses From Samsung Ocean About Programming. Registrations Go Until November 27
Samsung Ocean is an initiative by Samsung in Brazil that offers technological training to the community and fosters the creation of technology-based companies. Today, the company is offering online and free courses about programming. The topics covered include digital games developed with Unity, Deep Learning, Augmented Reality, Wearable devices, and programming languages. Registrations are open until the 27th of this month.

In addition to sharing knowledge, the goal is to promote innovation and technical training. Eduardo Conejo, Senior Innovation Manager in the Research and Development area at Samsung, says that “Python is a global trend and, therefore, will be extensively covered in this eighth wave alongside technologies developed by Samsung itself. We start another month providing tools for students and teachers to create or improve ideas.”
This is the eighth edition, and the programming language Python will be the subject of various events due to its market trend. Additionally, the agenda also includes the use of Bixby for voice application development activities; Bixby is Samsung’s virtual assistant, which recently received a new look and some new features.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the in-person courses that were previously held at Samsung Ocean’s headquarters in Manaus and São Paulo have been adjusted. The content of the online format has been unified and can now reach a broader audience. Therefore, with sufficient willingness and opportunity to access the Internet, you can start exploring innovation and technology.
The classes will be taught by professors from UEA – State University of Amazonas, and USP – University of São Paulo. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a participation certificate.
