Timenow, A Brazilian Consulting Engineering Company, Seeks Expansion in the U.S. Through M&A, Strengthening Its Diversified Portfolio.

Timenow, a renowned Brazilian company in the sector, is standing out globally with bold strategies in the engineering market. On May 12, the company announced its participation in the prestigious Brazilian Regional Markets event in New York, seeking to expand its global presence. This bold move aims to strengthen Timenow’s positioning as a leader in innovative and diversified solutions.

The series of acquisitions planned by the company promises synergies that will expand its international portfolio. Decisions began to be formalized in March of this year when Timenow envisioned acquiring a company specialized in the same field. With this strategic approach, the organization aims not only to expand its operations but also to elevate the standard of consulting engineering practices around the world.

Consolidated Strategies and Future Visions

On its growth journey, Timenow is focused not only on scaling up but also on forging partnerships that inspire innovation. The Brazilian company emphasizes that the next step is to strengthen ties with companies in the United States, creating a collaborative network that will add value to all involved.

This is just the beginning of an ambitious and promising phase. With qualified consultants and robust investments, Timenow plans to advance in various emerging markets where opportunities are blossoming at an accelerated pace. The strategic alliances formed are seen as the core of this planned growth, driving improvements in project management processes.

Finally, the expectation is that by December of this year, the impacts of these transactions will definitively position Timenow on the international stage, making it synonymous with excellence and innovation. As highlighted by Exame magazine, which closely monitors these developments, the company’s future looks brighter than ever, and the market eagerly awaits these promising results.

Held at the Harvard Club of New York, the event officially marks the beginning of Brazil Week in the city. Timenow, a prominent Brazilian company with an established presence in Atlanta, Georgia (U.S.), will take the opportunity to unveil its ambitious plans for international expansion, with a special focus on the United States.

Timenow’s Advances in the American Market

During the event, a select group of guests will be able to hear from Timenow’s top executives about the projects envisioned by the company for the North American market, where its first mergers and acquisitions process is unfolding. Antonio Toledo, CEO of Timenow, reveals that there are defined plans to acquire a small engineering company. This strategy aims to solidify and diversify the portfolio of services that Timenow already offers in the United States, especially in the area of project management, seeking to accelerate its growth and the continuous process of internationalization initiated two years ago.

Timenow has been experiencing consistent growth in the American market, which annually encompasses infrastructure investments equivalent to a Brazilian Gross Domestic Product (GDP). By integrating a specialized engineering company into its operation, the Brazilian engineering company aims to formalize crucial synergies that will benefit its global operation and further diversify the markets in which it operates, as Toledo emphasizes.

Timenow’s Growth Strategy Until 2030

The decision to expand operations on American soil is part of Timenow’s strategic growth plan, which extends until 2030. By then, the Brazilian company projects to achieve a revenue of R$ 1.4 billion, with approximately 25% of its revenues coming from the international market. Participating in the second edition of Brazilian Regional Markets, promoted by Apex, an investment and financial services platform, Timenow reinforced its commitment to the North American market.

Timenow focuses on showcasing the potential of companies located outside the Rio-São Paulo axis, which, although representing about 60% of the Brazilian Gross Domestic Product (GDP), are still underexplored in the international scenario, according to the organizers. This year’s event highlights companies located in the states that make up the ‘Brazilian Jaguars,’ a reference to above-average growth, including Espírito Santo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, Minas Gerais, and Rio Grande do Sul.

The Leading Role of Espírito Santo

Based in Vitória (ES) since its founding in 1996, Timenow will have significant prominence in the program, participating in the panel ‘Above Average: The Companies That Accelerate Regional Markets,’ with Francisco Carvalho, co-founder and Chairman of the engineering company, at the center of the discussions.

Carvalho emphasizes that ‘when we think about regional development, Espírito Santo is an example of how companies outside the Rio-São Paulo axis can thrive.’ Timenow, which was born and grew in a state with a strong ecosystem and a diversified client portfolio, owes much of its international expansion to the experience gained and the entrepreneurial culture it has nurtured in the region.

With more than 200 employees, Timenow has a presence in all regions of Brazil, actively operating in about 16 states and maintaining an impressive track record of over 15,000 managed projects. The engineering organization has also found favorable space in Europe, through its subsidiary located in Portugal, reaffirming its solidity and adaptability in a competitive and global scenario.
