The Detran is open for registration for its public tender in the Federal District. There are hundreds of vacancies for high school and higher education candidates, with salaries that can reach R$ 6,4.

O State Department of Traffic of the Federal District (Detran-DF) launched a public tender notice this week, aiming at opening 366 vacancies for various positions. According to the rules established by the entity, Interested parties can apply starting this week.. The opportunities are aimed at mid-level and higher-level candidates, in the positions of technician and analyst, with starting salaries reaching R$ 6,4 per month in an 8-hour day.

New director announces Detran PI tender and aims at modernization

The Traffic Department of Piauí already has a new board elected to take over the body from 2023. And the holding of the DMV PI contest is confirmed and should move forward with the preparations. In an interview with Bom Dia Piauí, on TV Globo, engineer Luana Barradas, new director of the Detran, spoke about her first actions and confirmed that she will hold the public tender.

According to her, the intention is to implement a modernization process, with a focus on advancing digitalization and service qualification. And this will be possible by hiring staff through competition. The new director, who will take over from 2023, says she recognizes the current problems of the State Traffic Department. Among them, the absence of competition for more than 40 years. According to her, the Detran has not hired staff since the 1970s.

Detran PI Contest has request for public notice with 141 vacancies

Recently, a request for public notice for a new DMV PI tender was confirmed. The request was for the filling of 141 effective vacancies, of which: 70 transit analyst vacancies (higher level); 46 traffic assistant vacancies (mid-level); and 25 transit agent vacancies (medium level). Opportunities are divided between hires for the capital and interior of the state. The document also informs that the Detran PI may have 900 positions in its staff, but that currently only 342 are occupied by active servants.

• Legal analyst – two vacancies in Teresina;
• Administration – a vacancy in Teresina;
• Accounting sciences – a vacancy in Teresina;
• Educational matters – two vacancies in Teresina;
• Examiner – ten vacancies in Teresina and 40 vacancies in the interior.

At the medium level, the transit assistant will have 21 vacancies in Teresina and 25 in the interior, while the agent will have ten vacancies in Teresina and 15 in the interior.

Requirements to apply for vacancies in the public tender of the Detran

Those interested in applying for one of the vacancies in the Detran competition must meet the requirements demanded by the entity:

• Be Brazilian born or naturalized and, in the case of Portuguese nationality, be supported by the statute;
• Prove minimum education for the position recognized by the MEC. For higher-level positions, training in any area is accepted;
• Be 18 years of age or older on the date of hire;
• Be up to date with electoral obligations and, for male candidates, be up to date with military obligations;
• Be in full enjoyment of their political and civil rights;
• Have no criminal record;
• Have physical and mental aptitude for the exercise of the duties of the job, which will be proven through specific medical examinations in the admission process;
• Not having any conviction due to a crime against the Administration, which has become final and unappealable.

Registration and additional information about the Detran DF 2022 public tender

Those interested in participating in the DMV contest will have between October 10th and November 8th of this year to register through the IBFC website, the institute responsible for carrying out the selection process.

O public tender held by the Detran It will consist of an objective test, of an eliminatory and classifying nature, common to all positions. A discursive test is also foreseen, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature, only for the position of analyst in traffic activities.

The objective test will evaluate the candidates through 90 multiple choice questions, divided between computer notions, basic knowledge about the Federal District and Portuguese, in addition to specific knowledge that varies according to each position. The completion of the objective and discursive tests is scheduled for December 11 of this year.

It is important to note that, of the total number of vacancies offered in the Public Contest, 20% are aimed at candidates with disabilities and another 20% for candidates who self-declare as brown or black at the time of registration. For hyposufficient candidates, that is, possible insufficient economic condition, 10% of vacancies are reserved.

Duties and salaries of the DMV Contest

The salary offered by the Detran-DF for mid-level positions is R$ 4.650 for a 40-hour shift per week.

Technician in traffic activities (240 vacancies)

Responsible for carrying out activities related to support in the performance of the duties of the Transit Activities Career and carrying out activities of interest to the area.

Analyst in transit activities (126 vacancies)

Responsible for inspecting and controlling the activities of entities accredited, contracted or contracted by Detran DF, collecting statistical data, instructing processes, teaching courses focused on traffic issues, supervising the issuance, safekeeping and archiving of the Annual Licensing Certificate of Registration Certificate of Vehicles, the National Driver's License, the Permission to Drive and other documents provided for by law.
