Radio Operator

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma;
• GMDSS certificate is mandatory;
• CNS 14 certificate is mandatory;
• Experience in Offshore Radio Communication and Helipads is required;
• Fluent in English;
• Professional with the ability to maintain focus consistently;
• Integrity, helpfulness, and ability to work in a team;
• Analytical profile and good communication skills.

Job Activities:

• Perform administrative work as requested by the OIM;
• Assist other departments when required and approved by the OIM;
• Follow up on recommendations after radio inspections and relevant rules/regulations related to their duties;
• Ensure that radio equipment maintenance is recorded and compliant with legislation;
• Ensure relevant records are kept updated;
• Be the support network for the personnel logistics area when necessary.
