The Government School of Public Administration of Pernambuco (Egape) Offers Qualification Opportunities for Public Servants and Society, with In-Person and Distance Options.

Egape, Government School of Public Administration of Pernambuco, announced the opening of 6,800 spots for 48 free courses that will take place in September. Registration is now available for public servants and the general public, with options in both in-person and distance (EAD) modalities.

To promote professional development and improve the quality of life of public servants and society, Egape has launched a new round of free training. In total, there are 48 free courses distributed across 6,800 spots, covering a wide range of topics relevant to public administration and the job market.

Free Courses at Egape

Among the 15 in-person courses available, the course “Managing Stress in the Workplace” stands out, aiming to equip servers to identify and manage the signs and symptoms of stress, applying strategies in both personal life and the workplace. This course is essential for corporate well-being and promoting a healthier work environment.

In the EAD modality, Egape offers, through the Teams platform, courses such as “Module A of Transferegov – Preparatory Acts and Execution,” which aims to train servers in the capture of federal resources and the development of partnership project proposals. Another highlight is “Module B of Transferegov – Execution and Accountability,” which guides on accountability in the Transferegov system, essential for good management of public resources.

And How to Register?

Registrations can be made on the official school website (www.egape.pe.gov.br). The free courses are offered in both in-person and EAD modalities, allowing participants to choose the option that best fits their needs and routines.

Henrique Oliveira, director of Egape, emphasizes the importance of the courses for the career advancement of public servants and the improvement of citizens’ quality of life. “These qualifications provide public servants and the population with the best tools for professional development, both in in-person and EAD modalities, covering various areas of interest,” he stated.

Live EAD Modality

In addition to the courses mentioned, the live EAD modality offers the course “Artificial Intelligence, Fundamentals and Applications,” aimed exclusively at public servants with higher education. This course explores topics such as machine learning and neural network models, preparing participants to face contemporary technological challenges.

For the general public, Egape offers free courses in the self-instructional EAD modality, accessible to those with a secondary education level. Classes in this modality start from September 2, with training such as “Leadership and Motivation,” “Emotional Intelligence,” and “Introduction to Web Design,” aimed at preparing participants for the current and future job market.

Egape Reaffirms Its Commitment

This initiative by Egape reaffirms the Government School’s commitment to training public servants and society, providing opportunities for professional and personal growth, contributing to a more efficient public service and the socioeconomic development of Pernambuco.
