Investments Were Approved In Pernambuco During The 116th Meeting Of Condic, Along With The Creation Of 1,662 Job Positions
At the beginning of this week, during the 116th meeting of the State Council of Industrial, Commercial and Service Policies (Condic), investments of R$ 239.4 million were announced in the state of Pernambuco, along with the creation of 1,662 job positions that are expected to be generated in the coming months. Of the total approved, R$ 143.1 million and 804 jobs are from projects of the State Industry Stimulus Program (Proind); while R$ 98.3 million and 858 positions are from projects of the Pernambuco Development Program (Prodepe). Projects That Will Receive Investments and Create New Jobs
Of the industrial projects, 8 are in the Metropolitan Region of Recife (RMR) and another 17 in the interior of the state of Pernambuco, totaling 25 projects. R$ 44 million is allocated to Greater Recife and R$ 52.3 million to the interior of the state. Regarding jobs, most are concentrated in the interior of Pernambuco, with 730 positions, while 128 will be created in the RMR.
18 municipalities in the state of Pernambuco were covered by Prodepe, with 3 in the RMR (Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, and Paulista) and 15 in the interior (Belo Jardim, Bodocó, Bom Conselho, Caruaru, Escada, Garanhuns, Gravatá, Itaíba, Itambé, Lagoa Grande, Paudalho, Petrolina, São Bento do Uma, São José do Belmonte, and Triunfo).

New Distribution Centers Will Be Built in Pernambuco
The Governor of Pernambuco, Paulo Câmara, participated in the municipality of Igarassu, in the state of Pernambuco, in the groundbreaking ceremony for the new distribution center of the company Império Móveis e Eletro. Previously, the Governor of Pernambuco also announced the arrival of the new facilities of the distribution center of the furniture company MadeiraMadeira, in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, in Recife. The government estimates that around 120 direct and indirect job opportunities will be generated at the new enterprise, along with revenue exceeding R$ 850 million by 2024.
Wholesale Network and Shineray Will Invest in the State of Pernambuco
On the 30th of last month, the Mayor of Recife, João Campos, visited the construction site of Novo Atacarejo, alongside the president of the enterprise, Daniel Costa. The new unit of the network, which is under construction, will receive investments of R$ 100 million, will generate 500 direct job openings in the state of Pernambuco, along with 1,500 indirect jobs. The work will be completed in 100 days. The project is 45% physically completed.
Shineray do Brasil launched an investment plan to expand the sales market of motorcycles for consumers in classes A/B. The plan includes a commercialization model focused on the establishment of factories to be built in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Pernambuco, aimed at complementing the network of dealerships and resellers.
