Responsibilities of the Fleet Assistant
The professional hired for the night position of Fleet Assistant will primarily be responsible for the maintenance and organization of Beep Saúde’s fleet.
Among the activities of the role are the cleaning of vehicles and conducting checklists on all vehicles being returned to the garage.
Additionally, the Fleet Assistant should notify the fleet manager of any damages to the vehicles and inform who was the last driver before the damage occurred.
Fueling the vehicles according to demand is also part of the job responsibilities, as well as refueling the vehicles with specific materials for the day’s routes.
