The international firm EY, which operates in consulting and auditing, has over 1,000 openings in free qualification courses for candidates from all over Brazil in the digital economy sector, focusing on the population in situations of social vulnerability. Applications must be submitted by September 5, on the company’s own website. The free course program offers real employment opportunities.
EY Free Qualification Course Program
Those interested in participating in the company’s free courses must be enrolled from the 2nd semester of any undergraduate program or have graduated within the last two years. There are also opportunities for individuals over 50 years old who have completed their degree. A keen interest in the auditing, consulting, and information technology sectors is necessary.
Those who are accepted into the free qualification courses will learn about communication, LinkedIn, Portuguese language, Excel, personal finance, Python, governance and data engineering, the future of work, among other topics.

In its third edition, EY’s program, developed in partnership with the EY Institute, is a nationwide program aimed at those who have had their access to education and professional development limited.
All participants will be invited to the selection process for the company’s Trainee Program. The company understands that life has changed and organizing a schedule has become increasingly difficult. Therefore, classes for EY Empodera will be released weekly through the Eu Capacito platform, allowing students to participate at their own pace. This way, they can create their routine, and the program is accessible to everyone, with no limit on participants.
Participants Will Receive a Completion Certificate in the Free Courses
The free qualification courses will be taught online, with asynchronous classes, and can be completed in up to three months. There will be live meetings with mentors and for clarification of doubts throughout the program. According to the company, at the end of the course, participants will receive a completion certificate.
The selection process will consist of two phases, where in the first, interested individuals must register on the EY Empodera page, where their profile will be evaluated based on the prerequisites.
The approved individuals will receive notification about the next steps. For registration, interested parties must fill out a form with their full name, primary phone number, email, date of birth, CPF, state, among others.
