The National School of Public Administration (Enap) opened enrollments for the 4th edition of the MBA in Public Management, a lato sensu postgraduate course in EAD mode, aimed at federal, state, municipal public servants, and military personnel from the Armed Forces. In total, there are 300 available positions, distributed between open competition and a reservation system, focused on promoting leadership, management, and innovation skills in Brazilian public administration. Enrollments will be open until September 25, 2024, and the course will begin in January 2025, lasting 11 months.

Who Can Register?
The positions are aimed at federal, state, and municipal public servants who hold permanent positions, in addition to military personnel from the Armed Forces. Another important point is that registrations are also accepted from federal public servants who are employees of companies that receive federal resources for personnel payments.
Among the requirements, candidates must have a degree recognized by the MEC and cannot be enrolled in another lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate program at Enap. Additionally, it is necessary not to have completed another MBA or specialization from Enap in the last two years. Candidates who have previously been dismissed from any course at the institution in the last two years will also not be able to participate.
How Does the Selection Process Work?
The selection process will be carried out in two phases: curriculum analysis and memorial evaluation. The curriculum analysis will prioritize academic training and experience in public administration, especially for those who occupy or have occupied leadership positions. Meanwhile, the memorial evaluation requires candidates to report their motivations for participating in the course and how it will contribute to their career development and improvements in the public sector.
Candidates who achieve the minimum scores in both phases will be eligible to occupy one of the 300 available positions. It is important to highlight that positions are distributed among specific groups (federal, state, and municipal), with reservations for black, indigenous, and disabled individuals, ensuring gender parity.
What Is the Deadline for Registration?
After the final results are announced, scheduled for December 2024, successful candidates will have until January 10, 2025, to complete their registration. To finalize it, candidates must present documents such as a degree certificate, proof of permanent employment with the public authority, and an authorization from their immediate supervisor, as described in the notice. The inaugural class is scheduled for January 27, 2025.
