To apply for the remaining spots at UEL, it is necessary to have completed High School and participated in one of the following selection processes:

Take a free technical course with Senai and receive a scholarship of up to R$ 2,225 with support from Vale; vacancies open for welder, electrician, and mechanic, with benefits such as medical assistance, food voucher, and others.

SENAC offers a free technical course in Logistics starting in June: there are 25 spots and in-person training in Três Lagoas (MS).

Firjan Senai offers 320 free spots in Nova Friburgo and includes courses ranging from programming to industrial fashion.

Applications are free and must be made exclusively online, on the website of the Selection Process Coordination (COPS) of UEL, from 2 PM on March 7 until 5 PM on March 17, 2025. The candidate must choose only one course, schedule, and qualification, in addition to indicating the priority by which they wish to compete:
- Use of the score from the UEL Entrance Exam 2025
- Use of the average from the Paraná Mais Exam 2024
- Use of the average from one of the last five ENEMs
