In-person and online classes include forums, seminars, assessments, and supervised practical activities, conducted by qualified teachers and pedagogical mediators.
According to IFNMG, this structure “allows the student to organize their schedule and learn autonomously, without giving up interaction with teachers and peers.”
Offered EAD Courses
According to the announcement, there are open slots for four undergraduate courses offered by the Center for Distance Education (CEADI):
- Public Administration – Bachelor’s degree, in the EAD modality.
- Biological Sciences – Licentiate, in the semi-presential modality.

In addition to open competition, 50% of the slots are reserved for students from public schools, according to Law No. 12,711/2012 and its updates. There are also quotas for people with disabilities (PcD) and graduates of Family Agricultural Schools (EFA).
The institution emphasizes that all courses may have classes on Saturdays, respecting the academic calendar of each unit.
Benefits and Free Education
All offered courses are free, and candidates will not pay tuition.
The only fee expected is the application fee of R$ 10.00, with exemption guaranteed for students from the public network or registered in the CadÚnico, upon proof.
According to IFNMG, this measure ensures “social inclusion and expanded access to higher education for those who need it most.”
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted exclusively through curricular analysis, considering the grades from the 1st and 2nd year of high school — such as Portuguese Language, Mathematics, History, Geography, Biology, and Chemistry, based on the chosen course.
The grades will be converted on a scale of 0 to 100 and weighted. In case of a tie, candidates with the highest grade in Portuguese Language will have priority, followed by Mathematics.
The results will be announced in stages, with preliminary results on December 8 and final results on December 12, 2025.
Requirements for Registration
To participate, it is necessary to have completed high school (or equivalent), a personal CPF, and an active email. The candidate must attach the school transcript or equivalent document with the required grades.
It is also necessary to have internet access and a device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) to attend classes and submit activities, especially in online courses.
Applications must be made only through the online system, and IFNMG will not accept documents sent by email or mail.
