How Does the Selection Process Work?

Applications for the selection process for the specialization program are open until November 10. The process is simple: just register on the official Embraer website, fill out your resume, and take an online English test.

Only those who complete this registration and the test by 11:59 PM on November 10 will be able to proceed to the next stages, which include technical exams, group dynamics, and interviews.
