Courses and Cities with Open Slots
The highest concentration of opportunities is in São José dos Campos, which will have three classes and training in Industrial Automation, Welding, and Mechanics, totaling 90 slots.
The city is part of the influence area of the REVAP refinery and is one of the most important industrial centers in the interior of São Paulo.
In Paulínia, home to REPLAN, Petrobras’s largest operations in the country, there will be 60 slots divided between the courses of Electrotechnics and Mechanics.
The region prioritizes residents of the municipality and neighboring cities like Cosmópolis.
The coast also appears on the opportunity map.
Cubatão will have one class of Electrotechnics, aligned with the industrial profile of RPBC and the local petrochemical chain.
In Greater São Paulo, two units participate in the initiative.
Mauá will open 60 slots for Industrial Automation and Electrotechnics, while Santo André will have one class of Mechanics, gathering 30 students selected by lottery.
Course Structure and Hours
All courses have a total workload of 1,260 hours, comprising 1,200 technical hours and an additional 60 hours dedicated to human development workshops conducted by SESI and Senai teams.
These meetings cover leadership, emotional intelligence, career planning, and essential socio-emotional skills for the job market.
Classes will occur from Monday to Friday, from 6 PM to 10 PM, with the start date set for February 23, 2026.
Upon completing the training, the student will receive a certificate recognized by the MEC and CBO, a document accepted by companies across the country.
Who Can Participate
The program is intended for individuals over 18 years old, with completed high school and a per capita family income of up to half a minimum wage, which corresponds to R$ 735 in 2025 values.
Priority is given to residents of the cities where the classes are offered and the influence areas of Petrobras refineries and operations.
The selection process uses electronic lottery, but incorporates a system of affirmative actions that reserves quotas for specific groups.
These include women, Black and mixed-race individuals, migrants, refugees, transgender individuals, Indigenous people, quilombolas, and candidates with disabilities.
There is also a percentage reserved for unemployed individuals and those with low income.
Those who do not fall into any of these groups may still participate but will be placed on a waiting list.
Calls will only occur if there are remaining slots after the designated quotas have been filled.
Stipend and Benefits
One of the main advantages of the program is the monthly payment of the stipend, deposited directly into the account of students who maintain regular attendance.
The standard amount is R$ 660, but women with children up to 11 years and 11 months receive R$ 858 per month throughout the course.
In addition to full tuition coverage and the stipend, students have access to human development workshops, pedagogical support, and Senai certification at no additional cost.
Additional Criteria and Required Documents
Each student can enroll in as many courses as they wish but may only attend one course at a time.
Those who have already participated in the program must wait one year after completion to apply for a new slot.
If selected, enrollment requires presenting ID, CPF, proof of schooling, proof of residence, and documentation proving income.
For candidates applying for affirmative actions, specific documents are required, such as medical reports or self-declarations, depending on each category.
How to Enroll
Enrollment is open until November 30, 2025, at 6 PM, on the program’s website. The electronic lottery will determine the selected individuals, and the results will be published on the same portal.

Verdade! Eu sou do Rio e quero fazer no Paraná.
Parece muito bom.
