The Federal Institute of Northern Minas Gerais (IFNMG) has opened enrollment for the Selection Process 1/2026 of free technical courses.
The notice no. 1048/2025 provides vacancies in different modalities and forms of entry, highlighting 640 opportunities in the Technical Course in Administration EAD.
The selection is made through curriculum analysis, without the need for an exam, and continues until November 17, 2025, according to the document published by the institution.

Administration EAD Course Lasting One Year
According to IFNMG, the Technical Course in Administration is offered by the Center for Reference in Training and Distance Education (CEADI) and has a duration of one year.
The training is offered in the Concomitant and Subsequent modalities, allowing the entry of students who are still in high school or those who have already completed this stage.
The institute’s proposal aims to expand access to technical qualification and meet the demand for training in the administrative area.
Distribution of Vacancies Among Poles
The 640 vacancies are divided among ten poles in Northern Minas and the region.
According to the notice, the CEADI Montes Claros Unit offers 160 vacancies; the Montes Claros Campus, 80; the Salinas Campus, 80; and the pole in Ibiá, also 80.
Another 40 vacancies are available in Araçuaí, Nova Porteirinha, Verdelândia, Januária, Riacho dos Machados, and Serranópolis de Minas.
Selection Criteria Based on School Report Card
Classification will be based on the academic performance of the candidate.
For Subsequent vacancies, grades from the 1st and 2nd years of high school will be considered.
For the Concomitant/Subsequent modality, grades from the 7th and 8th years of elementary school will be used.
The final average will be calculated according to the formula provided in the notice, taking into account the weight of the required subjects in each modality.
Other Technical Training Available
In addition to the Administration course, the notice includes options in other areas of technical training.
Among the distance education courses offered are Technical in Artificial Intelligence and Technical in Legal Services.
In-person offerings include Nursing, Electrotechnics, Occupational Health and Safety, and Chemistry.
According to IFNMG, all follow the same selection model through curriculum analysis.
Enrollment, Fees, and Fee Waiver
Enrollments must be made by November 17, 2025 through the FADETEC website, responsible for organizing the process.
The participation fee is R$ 10, and the request for waiver can be made until October 27, as provided in the notice.
The fee exemption is intended for candidates registered in CadÚnico or graduates of public schools.
Documentation Required for Enrollment
During enrollment, the candidate must fill out the electronic form with personal information and submit the school report card corresponding to the chosen modality.
The transcript will be used to calculate the classification average.
FADETEC and IFNMG warn that lack of documents or incorrect data may result in the disqualification of the participant.
