Enquanto isto não existe cursos de formações nestas areas para a maioria. Enquanto isto empurram formações para “concursos” nas unidades educacionais com ensinos que não servem pra nada no dia a dia. Enquanto isto acham que vai dar tempo para “Robores” substituirem seres humanos. Enquanto isto judiciario e legislativo viram fazedores de ganhadores da megasena de tão altos os salarios. Enquanto isto fica a farsa do salario minimo enganando os que ainda se sujeitam a trabalhar na exploração. Enquanto isto os impostos chegam a 90% de um bem. Viva a mudança magnetica dos polos!

O maior motivo pela escassez de profissionais é o simplesmente motivo de todas as empresas exigirem experiência mínima de 2 anos e nenhuma delas da oportunidade do recém formado a ter experiência. Obviamente irá faltar profissionais atuando no mercado

Mão de obra qualificada existe muito sim , o problema é que as empresas não querem pagar o salário de um bom profissional que se qualificou , estudou e se profissionalizou na área em específico. É um.assunto muito corriqueiro na mídia hoje , salários baixos não atraem bons profissionais o que gera a dita “FALTA DE MÃO DE OBRA”
