Firjan Opens New Internship Program for Technical and Higher Education Students; The Program Duration Varies from 6 Months to 2 Years
Firjan – Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro – is open for applications for its internship program in 2021. Students from various fields at the technical and higher levels can apply. Selected candidates will work in various areas such as: oil, gas, naval, finance, supplies, communication, and much more. The internship workload may vary from four to six hours.
Prerequisites to Apply for Firjan’s Internship Program
Technical level students who can apply for Firjan’s internship program: Students expected to graduate between July and December 2022. Additionally, interested parties must be enrolled in an educational institution or be required to complete the mandatory internship after finishing their course. The workload for interning at Firjan is 20 hours, with 4 hours per day.
Higher education students who can apply for Firjan’s internship program: Students currently in at least the third period of college and expected to graduate in July 2023; To apply for the position, candidates must present a certificate of enrollment, which must indicate the period they are currently attending. The workload for interning at Firjan is 20 or 30 hours per week, with 4 or 6 hours per day.

Firjan’s Technical and Higher Education Internship Program
Delmo Meireles, Manager of Selection and Personnel Administration at Firjan, says that the internship program contributes to the training of new generations of professionals in the job market and that companies can take advantage of Firjan’s interns in the future.
