Job Openings For Occupational Therapist: Requirements And Performance
The positions are intended for professionals with a completed degree in occupational therapy, active registration with CREFITO-3, and experience in mental health, with an emphasis on disorders arising from substance use.
Completion of specialization, residency, or enhancement in the area of Occupational Therapy in Mental Health is also required, with mandatory submission of supporting documents.
The work will be under the CLT regime, with a weekly workload of 20 hours, in shifts defined by the institution.
Selected professionals will join the teams in the wards, outpatient clinics, and Day Hospital of the Institute of Perdizes – IPer.
Among the responsibilities of the position are:
Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings;
Conducting group therapeutic activities as needed;
Development of Singular Therapeutic Projects (PTS) and completion of electronic medical records;
Evaluations using specific instruments of Occupational Therapy;
Monitoring the therapeutic progress of patients and re-evaluations as necessary;
Training patients in self-care and daily living activities;
Supervision of students in internship fields;
Prescribing therapeutic discharge for cases successfully concluded.
Selection Process Steps
The selection process for the job openings will consist of up to four stages, all of which are eliminatory. The minimum passing score is 5.0. The stages include:
- Evaluation of titles and curriculum analysis;
- Written test;
- Practical test or group dynamics (if applicable);
- Interview.
