The Largest Fair for the Condominium and Property Managers Sector Will Take Place on September 15 and 16 at Expocentro; Entry is Free
Balneário Camboriú will host SindExpo Brazil 2023 on September 15 and 16, considered the largest fair for products and services for the condominium market and property managers in Brazil. There will be 22 exhibitors bringing the latest trends in artificial intelligence (AI) and information technology (IT), energy efficiency, maintenance and conservation, cleaning, security, decoration, supply, among other items, to the Expocentro in Balneário Camboriú. Property managers and administrators from 10,000 to 15,000 condominiums across the state are expected, with business expectations around R$ 30 million.
Another important aspect of the event is the interaction of the audience with the best professionals in the field through lectures and debates. The parallel program of the product and service exhibition includes a technical congress and the I Santa Catarina Forum on Condominium Law, in partnership with the local section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Balneário Camboriú.
“In addition to bringing solutions and tools that assist in the management of condominiums to the Santa Catarina coast, the SindExpo edition in Balneário Camboriú is a possibility for property managers and suppliers to create connections and generate business,” points out the executive director of Conectta Eventos, holder of the SindExpo brand, Ana Paula Franco. The executive states that SindExpo is a small and intimate fair; however, it has great business potential.

For Ariane Padilha, the event curator, Balneário Camboriú is the most suitable choice. “Santa Catarina pulses with development. The real estate and condominium market in the state and region is a reference in the country, especially for being a high-standard market, which opens up great prospects for the event,” she highlights.
Access to the fair is free, with the donation of one kilogram of non-perishable food. Passes for the lectures cost between R$ 120 and R$ 200 and can be purchased through the Sympla platform (www.sympla.com.br/app), the SindExpo website or at the event location. Students, members of OAB/SC, and associates of the National Association of Condominium Law (Anacon) and the Association of Property Managers of the State of Santa Catarina (Asdesc) receive discounts on the passes.
