But what really makes this course so special? In addition to in-person classes that will take place on specific dates for each city, the program utilizes the By Necessity methodology developed by the Besouro Agency.

This methodology has proven effective in helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life at zero or low cost, through a process divided into 10 simple steps.

The course content covers everything from analyzing the student’s context to building the concept of their product or service.

Classes on market research, sales projections, and cash flow are also part of the curriculum, ensuring that participants have a comprehensive view of what is necessary to manage a successful business.

And the advantages don’t stop there. At the end of the course, students will receive a detailed action plan that clearly and objectively explains how to generate immediate income. Additionally, they will have the support of specialized business consultants for a period of 90 days.

This incubation period is essential for participants to put all the acquired knowledge into practice, with the assurance of having specialized mentoring.

Since its creation in 2019, the Gerdau Transforma program has recorded impressive numbers. More than 20,000 students have taken the course, impacting more than 30,000 people and directly benefiting over 3,500 entrepreneurs in 461 cities in Brazil and Latin America.
