The Military Police of Sergipe Announced a New Public Competition. The Announcement Was Made on Monday (17) by the Governor of the State, Fábio Mitidieri.
On his social media, the head of the state administration revealed that the competition will offer 335 vacancies, distributed as follows: 300 for soldiers, 30 for officers, and 5 for health officers.
According to information from the QConcursos portal, the organizing committee for the competition has already been established, and the names of its members will be published in the State Official Gazette in the coming days.
Forecast and Requirements for the Competition
The launch of the competition is expected in September 2024, with all positions requiring a higher education degree.

In addition, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old and have a minimum height of 1.65 m for men and 1.60 m for women.
What Are the Salaries of the Approved
After the training course, those approved for the soldier position will receive an initial salary of R$ 3,696.04, which can reach up to R$ 9,877.31 in the rank of sergeant.
As for officers, during their training, they will receive R$ 4,938.65. As aspirants, the salary will be R$ 10,130.01, increasing to R$ 11,554.74 in the rank of 2nd lieutenant. The remuneration can exceed R$ 27 thousand in the rank of colonel.
How the Last Competition Was
The last PM SE competition took place in 2018, offering 330 vacancies: 300 for soldiers and 30 for officers. Of the soldier vacancies, 240 were for men and 60 for women.
At that time, the requirements included completed high school and a driver’s license in category B, verified during the training course.
For officers, the vacancies were divided into 24 for men and six for women, requiring a higher education degree in Law and a type B driver’s license. Both positions required a minimum height of 1.65 m for men and 1.60 m for women, as well as an age range of 18 to 35 years.
The Selection Steps
The 2018 competition consisted of several stages, namely objective test, Physical Aptitude Test (TAF), psychological evaluation, and social conduct, reputation, and integrity research.
In the objective test, there were questions on basic and general knowledge. The validity of the selection was two years, with the possibility of extension for an equal period.
