Investments in Macaé and Vitória
The financing obtained by ASeB from BNDES focuses on strengthening investments in aviation infrastructure, as well as investing in operational improvements at the airport and developing projects for the environment.
“With this financing, ASeB fulfills its investment planning and can enable long-term infrastructure projects, as well as establish actions to increase the demand and connectivity of the airports, contributing to the development of Espírito Santo and Rio de Janeiro,” informed the company.
According to the company, even with the pandemic of the new coronavirus, it is in the interest of the company and the Zurich Airport group to continue investing in Brazil, especially in improving the services related to the airports of Macaé and Vitória.
“We are happy to have closed the deal with the BNDES bank. At all times, there was excellent collaboration from the bank. This way, we were able to support the Brazilian economy, reinforcing our commitment to the country,” stated Matthias Poeter, director of ASeB.
