The Federal Institute of Acre (IFAC) is accepting applications for free English and Spanish courses aimed at the community, employees, and students. The classes will take place at the Rio Branco campus, and applications can be submitted until November 28, 2025.

In total, there are 50 available slots, divided between the two languages, intended for people seeking to learn a new language in an accessible way with the recognized teaching quality of IFAC.

Free Courses Offered by the Federal Institute

The Federal Institute of Acre offers free English and Spanish courses at the beginner level, at the Rio Branco campus, located in the Xavier Maia neighborhood.

English classes will take place on Mondays, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, while Spanish classes will occur on Thursdays, at the same time.

The courses are completely free, and registrations can be made online or in person, ensuring democratic access to language learning.

Who Can Register?

Participation is open to people aged 14 and older, who have completed or are currently attending Elementary School II.

Registration Deadline and Lottery

Registrations remain open until November 28, 2025, and the lottery for the slots will be held on December 8, at 8:30 AM, at the Rio Branco campus.
