The Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia (IFBA) is open for enrollment for new short-term free qualification, training, and professional improvement courses. In total, there are 170 vacancies in courses for the units of Campo Formoso and Jaguaquara. Classes begin on May 20, 2024.

The notice from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia for the Campo Formoso unit offers vacancies for two courses, namely: NR 10 Basic – Safety in Installations and Services with Electricity, with a workload of 40 hours and 40 vacancies; and Brazilian Sign Language – Libras (Basic Level), with a workload of 70 hours and 30 vacancies. All training is free.
The NR 10 Basic Course aims to train students in safety issues in electrical installations, focusing on professional education.

Enroll and Start Studying at IFBA
Those interested in competing for the vacancies in free courses at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia at the Campo Formoso unit can enroll for free until May 1, 2024, exclusively through an electronic form.
To compete for one of the vacancies in the courses available in the notice, the candidate must have the minimum educational requirement for the offered course, according to the information available in the Notice No. 01-2024, dated April 18, 2024.
At the end of each course, students who successfully complete the curriculum components required for the course and have at least 75% attendance in developed activities and a grade equal to or greater than six (6.0) will be entitled to a certificate.
The selection of candidates for the vacancies in free courses offered by IFBA Campo Formoso will be conducted through the validation of registrations made via form and an electronic lottery, to be held on May 6, 2024, at 10 a.m., broadcast through the conference room whose link is provided in the Notice.
IFBA Unit in Jaguaquara Opens 100 Vacancies in Free Courses
The IFBA unit in Jaguaquara, through its local coordination, published the Notice for a simplified selection process for entry into Initial and Continuing Education (FIC) courses offered in person.
The notice offers 100 vacancies in free courses for: Cooperativism and Associativism Agent, with a workload of 132 hours and 40 vacancies; Basic Libras, with a duration of 80 hours and 30 vacancies; and Advanced Libras, with a workload of 100 hours and 30 vacancies.
The selection of students for the FIC courses offered by the notice from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia, Jaguaquara unit, will be carried out through the validation of registrations made via an online form and an electronic lottery, to be held on April 30, 2024, with the publication of the results and the call for pre-registration on the same date, through social media.
