What Are the Requirements and Benefits of Working at Banco Santander?
The requirements to participate in Santander’s internship selection process are: being enrolled from the 2nd semester of undergraduate studies in the fields of exact and human sciences, having knowledge of the Office Suite, and proficiency in English for some areas. The selection will take place in three stages: application and institutional test; interview with the consultancy; interview with the manager. For those hired, the company offers a stipend of R$ 2,322.00 per month, in addition to benefits such as medical assistance, life insurance, and meal vouchers.
