Bank Reinforces Professional Qualification With National Selection and Intensive Practical Journey
Itaú Unibanco has opened registrations for the fourth edition of the Acelera program, and therefore has initiated a new development cycle aimed at training business managers focused on serving clients in the Corporate segment. Registrations remain open until December 14, which ensures adequate time for participation. The program lasts for two years, thus combining technical development, behavioral content, practical experiences, and accelerated career progression.
Program Objective and Professional Transformation
The Acelera program has been structured to train specialists in corporate client service, and thus offers an immediate hiring journey. The selected individuals join the bank from day one, and therefore start taking on responsibility for a client portfolio progressively.
Training Stages and Competency Building
The program’s structure has been reorganized in this edition and now includes three complementary phases, all interconnected and focused on constant practice.
First Phase: Initial Immersion and Technical Preparation
The initial phase has four months of immersion, and thus concentrates on technical and behavioral training, as well as direct experiences in the daily business environment. This stage lays the foundation for the work, and therefore prepares each participant for the transition to consultative service.
Second Phase: Adaptation to Managerial Routine
Next, there is a two-month transition period, which therefore reduces the training load and increases practical involvement. This movement brings the professional closer to the real routine of a business manager, thus boosting autonomy in service.
Third Phase: Full Performance as a Manager
The final phase has 18 months of effective performance, and therefore consolidates managerial experience. During this period, participants provide strategic and personalized financial consulting for corporate clients, thus applying all the content learned.
Rotations and Expanded View of the Segment
As a differentiator in this edition, the program introduced internal rotations, thus allowing experiences with clients of various sizes. This structure broadens the understanding of different business profiles, and therefore reinforces the comprehensive view of the Corporate segment.
Benefits and Structured Professional Journey
The program also includes benefits such as meal vouchers, private pension, profit sharing, Wellhub, and TotalPass, and thus offers complete support for professional development. The positions are distributed across various regions of the country, which therefore expands the reach of the initiative.
Application Process and Participation in the Program
Applications must be submitted on the official Acelera page, and thus allow for checking requirements and guidelines. The bank will hold a live session on December 3 at 6 PM, on the Itaú Careers website, and therefore will present testimonials and tips from participants.
