A Master’s Course That Adapts to Your Pace
With mandatory in-person classes in Porto Alegre and online activities, the Professional Master’s in Economics, offered in partnership with Itaú Cultural and UFRGS, adopts a hybrid format, ensuring flexibility for students.

The results of the selection process will be announced on May 28th, and classes are expected to begin in July.
The Content of the Master’s Degree
The master’s program has been structured to provide robust and comprehensive training on topics related to the economics of culture and creative industries.
Throughout the course, students will develop a research project, with continuous support from the initial drafting through to the final dissertation defense.
Among the subjects that are part of the master’s curriculum are: Fundamentals of Economics, Economics and Politics of Culture and Creative Industries, Microeconomics and Cultural and Creative Industries, Brazilian Macroeconomics and Cultural and Creative Industries, Research Methodology, Applied Statistics and Quantitative Methods, and Legal Frameworks and Regulations in Culture.
Another important topic addressed in the course is The Economics of Creative Industries in a Global and Digital Era, which reflects the technological changes and new dynamics of the cultural market, greatly impacted by digitalization and globalization.
