Brazilian Project with Production in Manaus and Extended Warranty
The project of the E-Vibe Explorer SUV represents a fully developed initiative by Caloi’s engineering team in Brazil, with production carried out at the unit in Manaus (AM).
As explained by Lucas Mörth, mechatronics engineer and department coordinator, the goal of the new product is to provide urban audiences with a model that also caters to those looking for weekend rides or adventures on varied terrains, maintaining comfort and safety.
According to Mörth, the central motor is manufactured by a long-time partner of the brand, reinforcing confidence in its durability and performance.

Another highlight of the launch is the Shimano Cues RD-U6000 10-speed transmission system, combined with the rear derailleur and shifters from the same line, ensuring precise shifts and adaptability across different routes.
The Vzan Overland double-wall aluminum wheels and Shimano BR-MT410 disc brakes reinforce the brand’s commitment to quality and safety.
Included in the standard accessories are the aluminum rack, metal fenders, and Royal Ciclo Float RVS saddle, which enhance practicality in everyday use and reinforce the SUV positioning of the electric bicycle.
Versatility for Different Cyclists and Multifunctional Use
The Caloi E-Vibe Explorer SUV will be available in four sizes (S, M, L, and XL), aimed at different cyclist body types, with two color options: gray and araucaria green.
The 630Wh battery, in addition to extended autonomy, features a frame integration system for greater protection against theft and the elements.
The Caloi D19 display allows for real-time monitoring of speed, battery level, and assistance mode, enhancing the user experience.

The electric system is limited to 32km/h, complying with traffic regulations for electric bicycles in Brazil.
Regarding the warranty, the manufacturer offers five years for the frame, two years for the electric system, and 90 days for paint and components, demonstrating confidence in the durability of the set.
The motor torque reaches 100Nm, a result that favors climbing and quick accelerations, even in more demanding situations, a feature valued by those using the bicycle for both urban commuting and leisure.
Electric Bicycle Market on the Rise in Brazil
The arrival of this new model comes at a time of expansion in the Brazilian electric bicycle market, driven by the search for sustainable mobility alternatives and the increase in bike lanes in large cities.
Recent data from the Brazilian Bicycle Sector Association (Aliança Bike) indicate a growth of over 35% in e-bike sales between 2023 and 2025, a trend that reinforces Caloi’s bet on high-performance products and innovative design.

Comfort, Adaptability, and Exclusive Items for Everyday Life
In terms of comfort and adaptability, the bicycle also features aluminum handlebars and stems in different sizes for each version, as well as a adjustable seat post.
The set, designed to sustain different styles of use, meets the needs of those looking for a solution for the intense traffic of cities as well as cyclists who want to explore light trails on weekends.
The presence of items such as metal fenders and an aluminum rack reinforces the SUV proposal of the model, allowing the cyclist to transport objects in a safe and protected manner, regardless of the weather or the route.
These differentiators are pointed out by industry experts as essential for anyone looking for a truly versatile electric bicycle.
