The initiative aims to correct delays in sending information to the government system and ensure that all eligible individuals receive the salary bonus.
Who Is Entitled to the Extra PIS-Pasep Lot?
To receive the salary bonus, the worker must meet certain criteria. It is necessary to be registered in the PIS/Pasep for at least five years, have worked for employers who contribute to the program, and have received up to two minimum wages per month.
Additionally, it is required to have engaged in paid activity for at least 30 days in the base year.
Public servants and private sector workers whose data has been corrected and resent to eSocial by June 20, 2025, are also part of this additional lot.
Who Is Not Entitled to the Benefit?
Some categories are excluded from receiving the extra PIS-Pasep lot. These include domestic workers, rural and urban workers hired by individuals, and employees by individuals equated to legal entities.
Value of the Salary Bonus
The value of the benefit varies according to the months worked in the base year. Those who worked the full 12 months receive the full amount of a minimum wage.
With the increase in the minimum wage in 2025, the salary bonus may vary from R$ 126.50 to R$ 1,518.00.
How to Receive the Extra PIS-Pasep Lot
The payment of the PIS, aimed at the private sector, is managed by Caixa Econômica Federal.
The options include automatic deposit into an account, transactions via Digital Social Savings in the Caixa Tem app, withdrawal with a social card at self-service terminals, lottery houses, and Caixa agencies.
For public servants, the Pasep is paid by Banco do Brasil, preferably via credit to an account, TED, PIX, or in person at the agencies.
Salary Bonus Consultation
To find out if they are entitled to the extra PIS-Pasep lot, the worker can use the Digital Work Card app.
Simply log in with CPF and gov.br password, tap on “Benefits,” and check the status of the salary bonus. Private sector workers can also consult in Caixa Tem or the Caixa Trabalhador app.
Deadline and Guidelines
The withdrawal of the benefit from the extra PIS-Pasep lot goes until December 29, 2025. The government advises all workers to check their data to ensure the correct receipt of the salary bonus.
Questions can be clarified by phone at 158 or via email at the Regional Superintendencies of Labor in the worker’s state.
