- CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR – High school diploma required. Supervise work teams on the construction site;
- Guide, monitor and inspect other employees on the execution of any activity;
- Manage the schedule; Distribute tasks to the teams;
- Insist on the permanent use of PPE on site, as well as compliance with other health and safety regulations;
- Designate employees for site organization;
The company’s Human Resources informs that skills such as: controlling production standards, quality inspection of materials and supplies used are essential. Experience in the construction sector with structural masonry works, the Minha Casa, Minha Vida system is also fundamental in this area.
