Technical Courses Offered in 103 Municipalities
The technical courses available cover a wide variety of areas, ranging from Administration and Environment to Gastronomy and Oral Health. With vacancies distributed across 103 municipalities, students have the opportunity to enroll in integrated and subsequent technical courses at the high school level, tailored to their needs and professional goals. Selection Process: How It Works
The selection process for the free technical courses will be divided into two main stages:

Become an expert in programming in a course that pays up to R$ 800 for it: Senai and Petrobras offer a free programming course that can pay a monthly scholarship.

The São Paulo government opens 1,700 spots in free courses in the capital and Greater São Paulo, with classes starting on April 27 and registrations available in person or online for areas with high demand in the job market.

Federal Institute will pay you R$ 300 for a free course: IFSP calls women for 320 in-person vacancies in 8 cities, with 60 hours of training and registrations open until April 21, 2026.

Senar opens more than 3,000 vacancies in free technical courses for 2026 with 9 programs in agriculture, hybrid education EAD + in-person, registrations until May 26 and simplified selection without exams throughout Brazil.
First Stage:
- Registrations: June 18 to 27, 2024
- Electronic Drawing: June 28, 2024
- Publication of Results: June 28, 2024
For classes with more than 34 registrants, an electronic drawing will be held on June 28. The results will be published on the same day. For classes with fewer registrants, the registrations will be preserved for the second stage of the selection process.
Second Stage:
- Registrations: July 3 to 14, 2024
- Electronic Drawing: July 15, 2024
- Publication of Results: July 15, 2024
The selected candidates must complete their enrollment at the educational unit for which they were selected between the dates of July 17 and 19. To do so, it is necessary to present the required documentation, including school history, ID, CPF, recent proof of residence, and updated vaccination card.
Who Can Participate in the Free Courses
Students who completed high school in public education institutions, including municipal, state, or federal can register for the selection process. Furthermore, those who attended high school in philanthropic or private institutions as full scholarship holders are also eligible to participate. This initiative seeks to expand access to professional and technological education, contributing to the economic and social development of the state of Bahia.
