Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, Surprises by Visiting Donald Trump, President-Elect of the USA, to Discuss Important Issues Related to Technology and Social Networks.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, visited the Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida, last Wednesday. The meeting with president-elect Donald Trump comes months after the businessman publicly praised the former president for his stance following the attack in July.
The information was confirmed by Stephen Miller, Trump’s advisor, during an interview on the show “The Ingraham Angle“, of FNews.
During the conversation, Miller highlighted Mark Zuckerberg‘s support for the initiatives led by the president-elect: “Mark Zuckerberg has been very clear about his desire to be part of this change that we are seeing in America and the world, with the reform movement led by Donald Trump“, said Miller.

Brazil may fall behind, and irreversibly so, in the global technological race involving the implementation of Data Centers and investments in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Much smaller but more agile economies, such as those of Argentina and Paraguay, have taken the lead.

Electric scooters have helped reduce cars on the streets, but their batteries also age: Lime has made an agreement with Redwood to recycle used packs in the USA, Germany, and the Netherlands and turn tech waste into raw material for new electric vehicles.

While many drivers still fear running out of charge on the road, CATL targets lithium-air batteries with a theoretical density close to gasoline and rekindles the promise of electric cars with a range of over 1,600 km.

Researchers created turbulence in the laboratory, reversed the energy flow within the fluid, and opened a new avenue for understanding ocean currents, climate, and sea pollution.
He emphasized that the CEO recognizes Trump as a “force for change and prosperity”.
Miller also mentioned that, despite Mark Zuckerberg having his own interests and agenda, he sees in Trump’s second term an opportunity for a “national renewal“. “Mark has made it clear that he wants to support this renewal under President Trump’s leadership“, emphasized the advisor.
Public Recognition of Mark Zuckerberg and Trump
This is not the first time Zuckerberg has expressed admiration for Trump. In July, following the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, the CEO of Meta praised the former president’s reaction. “Seeing Donald Trump stand up after getting shot in the face and raise his fist in the air with the American flag is one of the most incredible things I’ve ever seen in my life“, Zuckerberg told Bloomberg.
He described Trump’s stance as an example of resilience and American spirit, qualities that, according to him, earn the admiration of many people.
Behind-the-Scenes Stories
In addition to the recent visit, Zuckerberg and Trump have a history of interactions. In August, Trump revealed to FOX Business host Maria Bartiromo that Mark Zuckerberg contacted him to apologize for a Facebook error. The social network had incorrectly labeled a viral photo of Trump.
“He called me twice. He said it was really incredible and that he respected me for what I did that day“, Trump recounted. He further highlighted that Zuckerberg had stated he couldn’t support a Democrat due to the respect he developed for the former president.
The phone conversation also included a formal apology from the CEO of Meta. “He really apologized and said they would correct the mistake”, Trump recalled.
Strategic Alignment?
Zuckerberg’s approach to Trump reflects a possible strategy from the business leader during a time of political transformation in the United States.
With Trump’s second term seen as an opportunity to drive change, the visit to Mar-a-Lago signals a growing connection between leaders from different sectors, but with aligned interests.
The visit marks another chapter in a relationship characterized by praise, apologies, and gestures of mutual respect. It remains to be seen how this interaction may influence the political and technological landscape in the coming years.
