Selection process and registration
Registration for ProfÁgua 2025 will be open from April 23 to May 23, 2025, exclusively through the program's online system.
The selection process consists of three stages:
- Specific Knowledge Test (PCE): in-person test lasting 4 hours, consisting of 30 objective questions and 1 essay question, of an eliminatory nature (minimum grade 5,0).
- Evaluation of the Research Plan Proposal (PPQ): classification analysis carried out by specialized evaluators.
- Proof of Titles (PTC): documentary analysis of the curriculum, also of a classificatory nature.
The final average will be calculated with weights of 50% for PCE, 25% for PTC and 25% for PPQ.
The classification will be carried out by institution, and the vacancies will be filled in descending order of the final average.
In the event of a tie, the highest score in the PCE will be considered, followed by the PPQ and the candidate's age, respectively.

- Updated Lattes CV.
- Undergraduate diploma recognized by the MEC or proof of completion by the date of enrollment.
- Undergraduate academic transcript.
- Research plan.
- Proof of payment of the registration fee of R$98,00.
- For candidates who opt for affirmative action, it is necessary to present a specific declaration.
